Hello, can i take lexapro with advil pm or lexapro with zyrtec to help me sleep? what is the safest medications for sleeping that i can take with lexapro?

AdvilPM: Advil alone is not a sleep aid, but the PM component is generic benadryl and can help you sleep. Unless you're in pain, take plain benadryl which shouldn't be a problem with lexapro at your age unless you take more than 25 mgs Benadryl is more sedating than zyrtec. Your MD is best qualified to answer your question,however.
