Nuvigil: Nuvigil is an effective option in your scenario although it tends to be pretty expensive. You should be monitored closely for side effects and blood pressure can increase after starting the med.

Off label use: Nu vigil could be considered as a non fda approved treatment for bipolar disorder. Mostly likely helpful for fatigue and in attention. Additional medication for the mood symptoms would still be necessary.
