Possibly: There is a diagnosis called schizoaffective disorder whereby symptoms may include some of the criterias for both schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. There are also medical conditions that can mimic these symptoms that need to be ruled out. It is best to see both your primary care physician and a good psychiatrist to clarify these symptoms.

Acceptance: Unless your problem is caused by recreational drug or alcohol use, it is highly unlikely that you don't suffer from these conditions. Begin by seeing a psychiatrist. Clearly and completely report what you have been experiencing. He/she will help you figure out ways to feel better and live better. Many people with these same problems live happy and productive lives, after getting help.
