Ulcerations: Ulcerations of the mouth usually resolve on their own within a two week period. Since this lesion has still not resolved, it's best you have it examined by an oral surgeon. Give a local OMFS a call for an appointment.

Lots: Lots of possibilities. As it has not resolved in 2 weeks, you really should have it examined. With proper diagnosis (mouth ulcer is a non-technical term that is not diagnostic) the appropriate treatment plan can be chosen. Please see your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon.

Mouth ulcer: If it's been there over two weeks you will need to see a dentist to determine exactly what it is and how to get rid of it. Could be as simple as a rough edge of your tooth scraping the tissues, to some something much more serious. Your dentist will either know what to do or refer you to an Oral Surgeon for a consult.
