Most antibiotics: Are fair game. Amoxicillin is a good choice if deemed infected. If you have allergy symptoms Flonase at night, nasal steroid, will turn post nasal drip into antiinflammatory, washing over the eustachion tube which drains into the back of the throat. This will help the ear to drain. You can take aleve or ibuprofin but earaches are miserable, most meds are fine with breast feeding. Gd luc.
