Symptomatic Treatmen: From what you describe it may be viral upper respiratory infection. Symptomatic treatment with humidifier and steam inhalation. Over the counter medications for cold have medications that may not be safe for baby while breast feeding (too many varieties with many commercially available meds to specify which ones are not good).
