Flomaxtra=tamsulosin: Flomaxtra is australian brand of tamsulosin which is used to treat enlarged prostate (benign prostate hypertrophy or bph). It allows prostate to relax (opposite of decongestants which cause relative constriction). Also avoid most (older) antihistamines eg diphenhydramine. Since i was trained in america, I have no idea what's available in australia. See if you can get alfuzosin or silodosin or 5ari.
