A member asked:

If a balloon catheter cannot pass anastomosis site during anorectal manometry, does that mean there's likely a stricture there?

Very: Possible with a prior anastamosis, that there is a stricture there. It may or may not be symptomatic and they may consider balloon dilation of the stricture.
