How come my 3 year olds suprapubic catheter balloon inside of her keeps popping for no reason inside of her this is the second time what causes this?

?Reason for catheter: Very unusual for such a young girl to need suprapubic catheter. Would need to know whether SP tube is in cutaneous vesicostomy (bladder surured to skin) stoma or placed directly into bladder. SP tubes in children should always be temporary until necessary reconstruction has been performed. Daughter may have pulled catheter out herself or balloon may not have been sufficiently inflated.
