Probably not: This would be most suggestive of polycythemia vera and at age 22 this isn't a consideration. You may simply be athletic. Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside. If you feel well, and your physician didn't make a big deal of it, stop worrying.

It depends on Actual: You need to provide us actual numbers of you blood counts...simply saying high and low does not help us to able to make a diagnosis. So we want to know your Hb, WBC, Differential
