Inflamation: I am not an expert and perhaps a physician with more expertise than i can give a better answer... But from personal experience it sounds like you may have inflammation in the bottom of your foot and you may need to wear an orthotic or other treatment to help you. See a physician experienced in sports or foot injuries for an evaluation and treatment.
