Achilles tendonitis: And or haglunds deformity. A haglund's deformity is also known as a "pump bump" as woman often get pain whew earring high heels with this deformity and some think the heels may of caused it.

Probably tendinitis: This is probably an achilles tendon inflammation. This can be caused by an enlarged bump on the back of the heel bone or some injury to the tendon. It could also be due to one of the smaller tendons in that area. Consult your podiatrist for treatment options.

Achilles: Sounds like it could be achilles tendinitis. Try an anti inflammatory drug, gentle stretching, and a heel insert (over the counter ).

Spur, tendonitis: Can be achilles tendonitis, heel spur or bony prominence called haglunds deformity. Is there only pain with shoes or any time when walking even without shoes? This may help in determining cause.
