Depends: The occasional beer is not a problem with the conditionits self unless theres liver problems from right sided heart failure. But some of the medications may be affected such as Coumadin (warfarin) etc. Please check withyour pulmonologist.

Bad for your health: Specially you have lung disease . Alcohol cause sedation not good for lung risk of aspiration pneumonia long term can cause chronic liver problem and affect your immune system and risk of infection.
