Try subcision fat tx: Have you tried subcision to release the collagen scars combined with thin fat transfer to improve surface complexion? Also, carboxytherapy is relatively new to the usa, but has shown some promise in scar revision, keloid softening, and collagen reorganization in my experience.

Laser resurfacing: Consider fractionated or ablative laser resurfacing for best results. The one i like to use is sciton profractional xc or trl.
