Worth trying: Pancreatitis can be a serious & debilitating condition & western medicine has limited approaches for prevention. Ayurvedic treatment may be quite helpful though may not always offer a permanent cure. Classical homeopathy is another treatment that can help- there are many case reports of homeopathy curing recurrent pancreatitis. It would be reasonable to try both Ayurveda & homeopathy. Good luck!

It is Chronic Now!: If you've had pancreatitis for 4 years it is now considered chronic pancreatitis.
