No meds: There are no medications that will help with the stones. Surgical treatment by a surgeon with experience and interest in chronic pancreatitis has the best chance at longer lasting pain relief, but is obviously more invasive than ERCP with ESWL. Hope this helps!

2 year ago i developed acute pancreatitis with necrosis and fluid sacs following an ercp. I feel ill and my immune system is low, is this related?
