Cat scratch : It's more likely cat scratch fever than rabies.See a doctor immediately because animal bites are dangerois.

Infection: The bites of a cat can inject multiple organisms like pasturella, strep, staph & others which can set up an infection rather quickly. Rabies could be passed at the same time but domestic cats are rare vectors (you can call the local health department to see if any rabies is in the area)cat scratch takes days to weeks to become symptomatic.
