Timed intercourse: Best way to initially try to conceive is to have intercourse around the time of ovulation. If one has regular 28-day menstrual cycles, may consider having intercourse every 1-2 days for one week starting around cycle day 10. If unsuccessful at conceiving after one year of trying (or if irregular menstrual cycles), would recommend seeking consultation with gyn or infertility specialist.
