See a doctor: The cola colored urine may have been either from bleeding due to underlying itp, to myoglobinuria (due to breakdown of muscle tissue during the run), to highly concentrated urine discolored by something you ate, or who knows? If you have chronic itp you must be very cautious about situations in which bleeding may occur. You should be seen closely by a hematologist or rheumatologist. Good luck.
