Vaginal bleed: Studies show that when bleeding occurs around the time of implantation, which in your case happened at about day 14, it may be related to pregnancy. A full history and exam are indicated. Please call your OB/GYN right away and if you have any abdominal pain, discomfort, breast tenderness associated go to the ER. Good luck.
