Antibiotics / Pregn: Ask your ob-gyn about their experience in this area. Infections are also potentially risky during pregnancy. Hormone changes can add to nasal congestion which can make you more prone to infections. Check it out...

Yes.: It's a category b medication, which is relatively safe. Of course, no medication comes with zero risk. Presumably, benefits outweigh risks here.
