No Advocare: I would not use Advocare. It is not FDA approved. It isn't proven to be safe or effective. Also, there are no "quick fixes" for weight control, getting energized, etc. Fad diets only result in the weight being gained back later after the diet is over. You are taking a relatively low dose of Effexor (venlafaxine). Have you asked your doctor about possibly increasing your dose, as well as about your other issues?
