Sinus infection 2 weeks ago, prescribed z pack. feeling better, temp has been 98.6 to 98.9 in morning and 99.2 to 99.5 in evening for 4 days. normal?

Probably.: Everyone's temp goes up a bit in the evening. If you are feeling fine from the sinus, and it goes no higher than 101 you are probably fine.
