Cold: It can be a simple cold, but it sounds like it's time for an examination. There is a possibility of an ear infection, but these symptoms can also result from a simple virus infection. Don't be in a rush to get antibiotics if your doctor feels they're not warranted. Motrin, nyquil & vitamin c sound fine otherwise. Plenty of water, also.
