Im 38 weeks and 1 day, i have braxton hicks contractions, is there a chance i might have to be induced?

Early to say: Braxton hicks contraction are the normal warming up the uterus does close to due date. I wouldn't worry about an induction unless you go past your due date. I look at inductions as a way ob's get a kid who's ripe to deliver during predictable hours & some will consider the process from 39 wks on.
