Well, well: You didn't say why you think you're pregnant or if your back ache came on with your last menstrual cycle. If your period is late, take a home pregnancy test. If you have risk for ectopic pregnancy get an evaluation immediately at the emergency room. However, more commonly, back ache and knee pain can be a disc problem for which you would see a musculo-skeletal doctor or chiropractor.
