C5, C6 involvement: Please consult a rheumatologist or an orthopedics doctor. Innervation of biceps muscle is through c5c6 nerve roots, emerging from brachial plexus, which can be effected by shoulder injury. Acetyle salicylic acid ( Aspirin ) is a non-steroidal anti- inflammatory medication, which can cause gastritis or peptic ulcer disease, resulting in stomac pain. Thanks.
