A long time ago when i was 16, i overdosed on 23 aspirin. my parents tried to force me to drink milk. i never got medical treatment for it and ended up in severe pain and loss of hearing for a week. can that cause long term damage? i'm 24 now?

A single overdose should be entirely reversible (generally within several days or a week or 2). Overdose from long term excessive use - maybe not so much. See your ear doctor.
