My friend is suffering from spondylitis and used to ve flesh tb, it seems like her pain is getting worst and she is only 17.any help to ease her pain?

Hard to understand: If you are speaking of an auto-immune spondylitis, then she needs to be under the care of a pain specialist or a internest or rheumatologist or a good pcp. At 17 a lot of thought and care should be given to pain management. If this is auto-immune, sometimes the pain will be controlled by the drug used to modify the disease.
