No: Tens units can provide a lot of pain relief while you are healing. Tendon do heal when injured as long as the two ends are close together. Tendon injuries often require surgery to repair them. After surgery, tens units can help with pain relief and thus promote healing.

No: That will not happen. Consider prolotherapy or platelet or stem cell therapies for healing.
