No: Tens units are helpful for pain modulation but do not have an effect on healing of tendons.

No: Tens units can provide a lot of pain relief while you are healing. Tendon do heal when injured as long as the two ends are close together. Tendon injuries often require surgery to repair them. After surgery, tens units can help with pain relief and thus promote healing.

Probably not: While it may help to ease the pain it will not likely help healing although electrical bone stimulation has been proven effective.
