Balneol...: Balneol (otc) is a hygenic cleansing lotion that helps sooth dry irritated perianal skin. Apply it several times per day.

Anal fissure: You should see colorectal surgeon or general surgeon. You should consider adding topical nitrates to prevent recurrence and aid in healing. Depending on the appearance it may also need to be biopsied.

Zinc Oxide: Zinc oxide ointments are very good for restoring the natural milieu of the anorectal region. Usually you want a solution with about 20% of zinc oxide in it.
