Aggressive treatment: 8 weeks of bronchitis and now sinusitis tells me that you have upper and lower respiratory systems infected or inflamed. There needs to be culture of your sputum, lab, chest and sinus xrays. Prolonged antibiotics are indicated IF there is infection. Ancillary treatments are inhalers, decongestants , maybe steroids and lots of hydration. Vision loss is rare . Please see your physician ASAP.
