Cervical CA: Cervical cancer can be silent for a long time, or it can present with spotting or bleeding, pelvic pain, or a small mass that can be seen by the gynecologist with an instrument. Yeast infections are not typically associated with cervical neoplasia. It would be best to have a complete examination by your gynecologist if you are concerned.
