Infection: A yeast infection and shaving your pubic hair are common causes of groin lymph nodes. You should wait until your infection clears and then have them checked if they don't return to normal size. Also, a hernia may cause this and you can have your doctor check.

Unlikely: This may be related to your infection. Generally, signs and symptoms that may be associated with lymphoma include unexplained weight loss, fatigue, night sweats, loss of appetite, progressively growing lymph nodes. Consulting your doctor is recommended. Possibly a lymph node biopsy may be necessary.
