Excercise : I personally like to do something physical like excercise - go for a run or a walk, lift weights, stretch, massage. This can help me reconnect my mind to m y body and quiet down some of my stress. Meditation is also a good stress reliever. Any activity that increases abdominal breathing (like yoga, sleep, relaxation techniques) are useful.
