YES, BUT NOT HEALTHY: When weight is lost the object is to gain muscle and lose fat. This is not a quick process. If you only lose weight and lose it fast, most likely you are losing muscle mass too. Pills are not recommended. Eating correctly and exercising is the best way to lose weight.
