Yes: Brushing and flossing your teeth at least twice a day and seeing your dnetist on a frequent basis. Also avoiding foods or minimizing foods such as raw onions and garlic as your digestive system may not process t well and may stay with you long afteryou have eaten them despite your oral hygiene efforts.
