Bad breath: Keeping your mouth healthy can only be one part of getting rid of bad breath. There can be other causes of bad breath such as acid reflux and sinus drainage. Make sure your teeth and gums are healthy, both above and below the gumline. Just because they look good above the gums, there may be gum disease under the gums. Once you know they are good, if the bad breath persists consult your doctor.
