Keep using the cream: Keep using the cream, probably twice a day. I imagine that it is just itching madly as there is a war going on in you skin and that fungus doesn't want to leave. Get pramasone at any local pharmacy and store it in the refrigerator. Use it 5-6 times a day in between your anti fungal cream to get the itch temporarily under control. If this isn't improving in 2-4 weeks, get rechecked.
