Nasal sprays: Antihistamines really don't work well for congestion or stuffiness. For the nasal congestion associated with allergies, the topical nasal steroid sprays such as qnasl, flonase, veramyst, nasonex, (mometasone) nasacort, etc are very effective and safe.
