Can anti-depressants lower your life expectancy in long term use?

Quite the opposite: I know of no credible research that would show that anti-depressants lower life expectancy over the long term. It is probably quite the opposite since untreated depression can result in suicide . Research as also shown association with physical illness such as heart disease , diabetes and other medical conditions.
