Tears hurt a LOT: Absent pain, it is not likely a tear. Should go to er for evaluation, particularly if still feeling ok. (don't drive if lightheaded, use friend/family or 911). While it does not take a lot of blood to color bowl red, it is also hard to tell if "entire" bowl is blood. So get seen asap.
