Anal fissure?: The classic description of anal fissure pain is "it feels like i'm passing razor blades" with my bowel movements. Anal fissure is also associated with rectal bleeding. Treatment options are variable but include steroid and nitroglycerine creams along with stool softeners to avoid hard stools.
