Will proctitis cause prostatitis? i'm freaked out. i have proctitis and always want to have bowel movement. what is the best way to cure proctitis?

Proctitis: Proctitis involves the rectum and doesn't affect the prostate. Persistent proctitis is best treated by a proctologist who may perform an anoscopy and then prescribe dietary restrictions on spices, anal and rectal lotions,creams,suppositories or certain medical enemas.
