Ouch...: Yeah, i hear you on this one. This is frequently an anal fissure or tear in the skin around the, ahem, exit site. Strong stool softeners (miralax (polyethylene glycol) over the counter works great) and excellent anal hygiene will help if so, but you need to see a doc and get it checked out first. Don't worry - they're not any bigger fans of that exam than you are so you're in it together.
