can mebeverine cure ibs nausea? i've been having a lot of gas, burps and bowel movement, so i'm sure it's my ibs, but the nausea is the worst one.

Not likely: Unfortunately we don't really have medications that "cure" IBS. Most of our medicines for this ailment just address symptoms. Mebeverine is mostly an antispasmodic. While there is a remote possibility that your nausea is spasm related, it less common. So while it you may work with your healthcare provider in regards to trying this, be realistic about your expectations. Best of luck
