I have anemia and i do not like eating meat at all. i don't like the taste. what should i do?

Green leafy veggies: There are other foods rich in iron (kale, spinach. Etc.) that you could consume. Depending on your degree of iron deficiency, you may need to take pills containing iron (more than what you would obtain in a multivitamin). Iron absorption is helped by good vit c intake. That being said, there are other causes of anemia that won't be helped by iron at all; you need to really know why you are anemic.
