I : I do not know your age or risk factors. You describe having chest tightness, shortness of breath and numbness of your left arm. I am answering this 19 hours after you wrote it. If you are having this type of chest pain call 911. Even if the pain has subsided this needs to be evaluated to ensure that you are not having a heart attack or angina.
