I keep having sharp like a needle pains in the inner corners of my eyes, could you tell me why this might be happening?

Dry eye possible: This can possibly be a symptom of dry eye, or of anything irritating the surface of the eyes. Some people have in turned eyelashes that irritate the eyes when they move in certain directions. Also the tear drainage system is located toward the inside corner, so irritants tend to concentrate in the tears in that area. Eyelid margin bacteria can also cause this. Artificial tears and warm compresses.

Dry eye: Your symptoms sounds like dry eye. Try artificial tears, warm compresses on the eyelids, ointment at night and omega-3 fatty acid supplements. If persistent symptoms, see an eye doctor.
