Carpal Tunnel Synd: It sounds like you have carpal tunnel syndrome (cts). What type of work do you do? Cts is often due to chronic gripping, as from housework or occupational use. Cts can be treated by reversing the process--i.e., extend the hands and fingers 50-75 times, or until the back of the hands, fingers, and forearms are exhausted. Do this every day. The cts will resolve.
